We all know what an effort it can be to get the correct chain alignment using stock axle blocks. You never really know if it's good until you see the wear on one side of the sprocket telling you it isn't. It has been said that top riders can actually tell if the chain isn't perfectly aligned... we don't know about that, but it's a good idea to have it right. At EDM we have tried several approaches to proper alignment and one of the best we have found is this laser alignment tool from Profi Laser. It's super easy to use and "laser accurate". Just place it on your rear sprocket and run the laser along the chain. If the beam is on the same part of the chain all along it the axle blocks are set correctly.
