EDM:  Do you have a favorite obstacle?
PJ: Not really… I don’t know probably whoops.
EDM:  Really? Why is that?
PJ:  I don’t know I just seem to like them, I do good on them.
EDM:  Yeah that is where people can make up a lot of time.
PJ:  Yeah I just seem to be good at them 9 times out of 10.
EDM: Do you like skimming over them or hoping over them?
PJ:  Skimming 'em.
EDM:  Do you remember you worst race, your least favorite race?
PJ:  Probably be Loretta Lynns in 2006.
EDM:  Really? What happened?
PJ:  Two bikes blew up and a broken femur.
EDM:  That would be enough to make that a worst race.
PJ:  Oh yeah.
EDM: Two broken bikes, two broken motors kind of thing?
PJ:  Yeah
EDM:  And a broken femur, I bet that felt good?
PJ:  Nah it wasn’t as bad as they make it out to be.
EDM:  Really?
PJ:  I wouldn’t want to go through it again but It wasn’t as bad as everybody says.
EDM:  Do you have a least favorite obstacle?
PJ:  Not really. I think they are all pretty good. It depends, I don’t like hard packed tracks really.
EDM:  Do you like riding in the mud?
PJ:  Yeah as long as I don’t have to clean everything after, but it’s not bad.
EDM:  You said your favorite race was Lorettas. Why is that?
PJ:  I don’t know... there is just a lot of stuff going on during the week and everybody is always there. It's a big race if you win it.
EDM:  Yeah it’s a big big deal as an ameture.
PJ:  Yeah it’s just a good race though.
EDM:  You like hanging out with all the people? Doing the "how you doing" kind of thing?
PJ:  Yeah basically, but I don’t really hang out with anybody while I’m there, I just basically sit in my motor home.
EDM:  Really?
PJ:  Yeah I hardly ever go out.
EDM:  How come?
PJ:  Just got better things to do.
EDM:  Obviously your looking forward to Lorettas this year since it’s your favorite race.
PJ:  Yup.
EDM:  This year is going to be a big deal for you right? Your last one as an amateur?
